At Soulcake, we pride ourselves in having Gluten-Free Cupcakes & Cookies that are just as delicious as our regular products!
In order to ensure that we can follow the highest standards of Gluten Free production, we have a Gluten Free Day every 2 months where we sell a full menu of products.

FAQ Regarding Gluten-Free Days
We produce everything at our bakery in Ensjø. On a day to day basis, our bakery is focused on our regular products.
Cleaning: All equipment, baking utensils, surfaces and storage containers are fully washed down and disinfected before each Gluten-Free Day.
Ingredients: We use separate ingredients for Gluten-Free production
Labelling: We follow strict labelling guidelines and procedures to ensure there can be no confusion on our Gluten-Free products
Training: We invest in training for our employees, and we have strict routines, both in our production and our shops, to ensure Gluten-Free products are handled correctly.
Despite all of the above precautions that we take during Gluten-Free days, we are still a predominantly regular production bakery, and our Gluten Free products are produced in the same space as our regular products.
We also use the same mixers & ovens for Gluten-Free production, although these are heavily cleaned and disinfected.
Because of the above, we always say that our products contain traces of gluten, as we cannot guarantee that they do not.
Yes, they do
Although we take strong precautions to ensure there are the very small traces of gluten in our products, we can never say that they do not contain traces of gluten.
Therefore, if you are highly allergic, we do not recommend our products.
Yes, we will always open up pre-orders 1-2 weeks before each Gluten Free Day. You will then be able to pre-order all your favourite flavours and pick them up in our shops
N.B. Gluten Free Cookies cannot be pre-ordered the GF Day on the 24th June.
We will rotate the Gluten Free cupcake menu for each day depending on the season. We will always try to include the seasonal special cupcakes in each Gluten Free Day.
For Cookies, we currently offer four flavors - The BFF, The GOAT, The Millionaire and The Habibi.
N.B. The Habibi will not be available for the Gluten Free Day on the 24th June
Yes, you can freeze the both cupcakes and cookies for up to 6 months in a plastic/glass container, or in the boxes we provide. They will stay fresh and delicious. We recommend room-temping them for 6-8 hours before serving them.
Unfortunately they are not.
The products will be available for purchase in all of our shops on the days listed above. The full selection will be in each shop from around 11:30 to 12:30.
